Akashi finnished cooking her and Tk's dinner and set it on the table. Tk sat at the table wagging his tail happily, It smells wonderful... Akashi smiled at her compainion, "Thanks...it's a recipe Dad taught me." After a quick prayer the two began to eat their dinner. Akashi tilted her head to the side sensing someone approaching her apartment, Tk's hair stood up and he growled softly. Akashi stood and got her blade, going to the door where the stranger was. She gasped when she opened the door, and saw who it was. "A-Akuro?!?"

Akuro nodded slowly and gave Akashi a tight hug, "I'm so sorry..."

Akashi began to cry as she clung to his chuunin vest, "B-But...Y-you're dead?!?" She burried her face into his vest then looked behind her to see Tk no longer in the kitchen. Her heart sank when she realized what was happening.

Akuro slowly faded into nothingness and Akashi was sent into a black void.

Akashi held her head as she tried to wake herself out of the nightmare that was about to come. She knew this because she had this nightmare quite often. All of her efforts failed as the nightmare proceeded. Akashi was in the middle of a field where she was wounded and on the ground, pinned down by a chakra fulled kunai in her hand. She watched in horror as Akuro and Ashiko were knocked unconcious by the group of missing nin bandits. She screamed and ripped her hand from the kunai and ran at the bandits activating her dragon chidori. She slammed it into the small group, but before she could rescue her two friends the leader attacked her. Akashi at the time was weaker than she was now, and was easily overtaken by the man. He held her throat and smiled deviously, "Now that you've used up a majority of your chakra...I can kill your friends..." Akashi couldn't move in the man's grip, she watched in horror as he slit Ashiko's throat, then went to Akuro. He had regained conciousness and looked at Akashi, his eyes didn't show the hint of fear, she screamed his name, before the bandits slit his throat as well.

Akashi woke in a cold sweat breathing heavily. Tk was watching her, he sighed. You had that dream again didn't you? Akashi hugged her wolf friend, "Yes..." Tk nuzzled her and wrappped his paw around her back to comfort her.

Ashiko started to walk down to Akashi's apartment, I think I should stop by and say hi, She thought smiling to herself.

Akashi awoke still in Tk's hold. He had stayed awake to make sure she was alright. He stared down at her with his two different colored eyes, You ok? Akashi nodded silently and nuzzled into his furry chest. "Yeah...thanks..." She stood and walked into the kitchen to make some coffee when she noticed a familiar presence approaching her apartment.
