Phoenix, mentally, was beating herself, she knew what was going on. She wanted to tell Naka to go or even hint the voice to get her away. But her mind was much too far gone, the only hint was her eyes that turned a bloody red. After that, the scarred anbu level ninja yelled out, a more dark gray chakra moving past the black to painfully rip at a much bigger scar on her back. Invisible until it revealed itself. Gotten from her dad at the age of seven, two massive scars rolled from her shoulder's to opposite sides of her waist. Both perpendicular to the other, making an X-shaped scar, that the enemy chakra started to rip open and burn the edges.

Naka couldn't bear to look. She squeezed her eyes shut and looked away, tears still clinging to her lashes, yet unable to drop. She put her hands over her face, blocking the view of everything. She knew she was a coward, and this was very low, but she couldn't help it. Phoenix was hurt, but there was nothing she could do. The black chakra came to her and surrounded her. It felt the presence of danger, and layered Naka in a thin coat of protective chakra.

Phoenix winced and bit her lip, though refrained from puncturing the skin anymore. A shaky feral growl before hand hand jerked, shattering the gray chakra with a bluish chakra coating her hand. Halfway sat up, she collapsed again, shivering and rolling her head to look at Naka. She felt a sudden hate for herself burn at her and she forced herself up with a shot of pain up her spine. Her head rolled, silencing a groan but she moved to Naka, brushing her shoulder in an attempt to be reassuring as she quivered, stiff to stay up.

Naka looked at Phoenix, fearing for the poor girl. Even watching was painful. 'How can I help...?' 'Leave it to me.' The black chakra drifted over to Phoenix. It had a feather-light touch now, and moved along her skin easily. It gently siphoned off any blood, and tried its best to seal the scars with as less pain as possible.

Phoenix shook briefly as she looked at the black chakra, at its touch, she let a shiver race up her back and she held Naka's shoulder in an attempt to stay up with a shaky sigh, most of the pain ebbing away anyway as she banished the enemy chakra. The type of healing held good enough and she coughed, mumbling a sorry to Naka as she swayed a bit.

"Don't force yourself, Phoenix-san..." Naka helped Phoenix up, making sure not to touch her sensitive back. She was worried of what might happen to her... The black chakra disappeared, going back into the nape of Naka's neck.

Phoenix sighed and shivered, glancing to the chakra before it disappeared then let her head fall. She stood with Naka's help, just seeming to oddly obey her for the time being. The only thing she did try, was attempt some hand signs to transport them back to her apartment.

Naka found herself at Phoenix's apartment, supporting the other girl.
