Physical Description: He has longish black hair that hangs in his face, black and purple eyeliner, zig-zaged sideburns and a small beard ath the tip of his chin. He has pale skin like his father, 3 spike piercings in each ear and two just below his lower lip, and an eyebrow ring. He wears a grey jacket with mesh on the shoulders and long sleeves. The bottom of his shoe has thel Akatsuki symbol on it. His pants are a darker shade of grey and cut off into mesh below the knees. He wears a chain and a piece of his father's purple rope on his belt loop.

Story: Derochimaru's father is the infamous Orochimaru and his mother is a little known ninja from the Village Hidden in the Mist (whose body was taken by Orochimaru). Derochimaru was raised by his dad and loved him very much. Derochimaru learned very quickly and by age 8 was able to summon eels and knew most of his father's jutsus. When he was 10 , Orochimaru taught him the forbidden reanimation jutsu. Derochimaru was not able to completely master this technique because his father was killed by Sasuke before he was able to teach Derochimaru everything. Derochimaru witnessed Orochimaru's gruesome death and suffered extreme mental trauma from it. Now his only purposes in life are to avenge his father by killing Sasuke and master the reanimation jutsu to bring Orochimaru back. After Orochimaru's death, Kabuto looked after Derochimaru, but soon found his grief to be too much ran away with the remains of Orochimaru. With no one to look after him, Derochimaru became a wandering theif. At age 12 he came across the Akatsuki hideout. He had known that his father was a former member, so he figured he'd follow in his father's footsteps and join them as well. They were wary at first, but eventually they allowed Derochimaru to join. He now works as an undercover spy for the Akatsuki and is stationed back in his home village, the Sound Village.
