Phoenix went through the forest, having been looking up where Aiden was. Whether he helped or not or did anything whatsoever, she bounded through the trees, grace limitless and her eyes half closed in concentration.

Aiden's body was still purging the poison in his body from two years ago. The process was almost done, just almost... The tombstone over his grave was medium-sized, with his name carved into the black marble. Wilted flowers lay on the soil, given by Naka the day before she stayed at Phoenix's.

Phoenix slowly stopped herself in front of it after a time, her hair nestling down around her neck and shoulders as she looked over the grave. She lowered her head and sighed, pushing away depressing memories as she walked over, stepping around the grave as she took out a medical scroll, a very odd one, but one. She took out a small dagger and slashed it across her hand without so much as a blink as she unrolled the scroll and put her hand to a white symbol on the black paper, blood rolling down her arms in rivulets.

Aiden's body reacted to the blood, but didn't move. The coffin was oak, and surprisingly still sturdy after two years. It was tough and hard, suitable for an Akuma.

Phoenix glanced to it through the dirt, her eyes turning a vivid gold. She mumbled to herself in another language, the scroll glowing white before vanishing, making the grave appear above ground, a crack in the wood which she gingerly pulled off slowly. Her blood had a different touch, the poison that he was getting rid of absorbing into it at a terrifyingly fast rate.

Aiden's body was perfectly reserved. Light brown hair, pale skin, and his eyes...even the mechanical right eye, being disturbed by stray locks. He was still the same old Aiden. His lips were still full and red, and his muscles were intact. There were no worms, and his clothes - a sleeveless white shirt, grey-black pants, and a grey and white cloak - were as good as new.

Phoenix just briefly paused as she watched him. A slow sighed escaped her and she closed her eyes, relaxing her body as she moved her bloodied hand, placing it on his chest. Her other hand forming a hand sign slowly. When it finished, she stiffened her body and her eyes went black, the white, the iris, and the pupil. Her head slumped forward and the poison started to leave him faster in a steady stream. Absorbing into her blood and mind. It was a bit faster then she had expected it, making it to where she could be done in a matter of hours.

Aiden's body felt strange as she put her hand on him. The chakra in his blood forced the poison out, channeling it to Phoenix. Warmth steadily absorbed him, but his heart didn't beat. It never did.

Phoenix didn't mind his heart, her own would stop beating some days and then start again thanks to her partial human side. The hours passed and Phoenix's body slowly weakened during the time. She had more antidotes at home if she needed them really. Her head stayed bowed over him and her body quivered but her bleeding hand stayed firm. When she was done, her chakra stopped and let her hand heal, but her body stayed there. Legs stiff to keep from buckling and her eyes slowly started to lighten from black. The sun was rather low now across the sky.

Aiden took a sudden breath and sat up, his real eye wide. He looked around, and saw Phoenix. "Hey! You okay!" He tested out his limbs, popping the bones back into place. He got out of his coffin, and checked Phoenix, forgetting that he was supposed to be dead. All the poison was purged, and he was as strong as he was two years ago.

Phoenix's head twitched in his direction after a few minutes, the bone popping as they were stiff. Her reactions slowed by the poison and her grip slowly slipped from the side of the coffin. She motioned to her bag where she had grabbed the antidote before she coughed and slowly slid to her knees. It wasn't fatal to her, but it was starting to put her to sleep or in what people called a coma.

Aiden growled. 'She really did bring me back.' "What can I do?" He kneeled down to her level, placing a hand gently on her back. She helped him, he might as well help her back.

She slowly, stiffly shook her head and croaked about the antidote, her hand reaching to the side to barely brush the handle of her bag, knocking out one of the needles with the antidote and she coughed again, eyes a dark silver now as she shivered.

Aiden hurriedly picked up the antidote, uncorked it and laid Phoenix in his lap. He positioned it above her mouth and poured the liquid slowly and steadily into her open mouth.

Phoenix winced sensitively and coughed before swallowing the liquid with difficulty. The reaction took a minute, but she shuddered and relaxed. Her skin turned back to normal from having paled dangerously and she mumbled. Only after a bit did she start trying to get up, completely out of focus though.
