Physical Description:

He has the clan symbol tattoed on his neck, and another tattoo from one of the seperate branches on his left arm that runs down from the middle of his arm to his elbow.

Powers: The Hotaru Keke-gen-kai, he's able to summon the power of the dragon that is sealed in his sword. Each sword that has the family's crest on it has a different dragon type sealed in it.

Primary weapon: medium sized katana, that has red trim on the handle. Isamu has many swords, but he only keeps two out, one on his back and the other at his side, the others are kept in scrolls in his side pockets. Inscripted on each blade is the family crest:

Weakness: Is sometimes too protective of his little sister who he just found out was living a few months ago. He'll easily trade his own life for hers.

Strong point: Is a master at swords, and also at the art of using the elemental jutsu's with his blades.

Story: Isamu grew up in the grass village with his two parents, the head of his clan. The Hotaru clan was highly reguarded in the village, so life was easy for Isamu. He was trained by his uncle, and barely saw his own father. He recieved his first dragon blade when he was 7. He mastered the blade art but it took him a few more years to master the dragon elemental in his blade. Isamu graduated from the academy at the early age of 9. He went on to become a Chunnin at the age of 11, when at the same time mastered yet another dragon elemental, gaining another blade. With the two blades Isamu created many new jutsus that eventually helped him become a Jounin, at the age of 14. By then he had mastered more elementals making him one of the most powerfull ones of his clan. Unfortunately Isamu's parents left him in the village with the rest of the clan when he was 9. Their goal was to establish another branch of their clan in another village, Isamu was left then, to lead the grass branch of the clan, when he was ready. When Isamu turned 15, he learned that his parents were killed by some rouge ninja on their way back to Grass. Isamu abandoned his rank as head of the clan and gave it to his close cousin, who had been like a brother to him. Isamu then trained harder to become stronger so he wouldn't perrish like his foolish parents had done. At the young age of 16, Isamu became a special Anbu in the Grass village. Since then, after 10 years have passed, he's been training and has come increasingly close to surpassing even the Tsuchikage. He's been lax lately though, because he's learned that he has a sister that he's never met. He's put his remaining training on hold to find her.
